With years of experience in promoting holistic wellness, she founded Happie Habits to help kids build healthy routines that last a lifetime. Driven by the belief that early habits shape future health, she has designed engaging, science-backed programs that make learning about nutrition, sleep, exercise, and mindfulness both fun and practical.
